•  What forms of payment do you accept?
Regal Shoe accepts Paypal payments. Paypal is a safe, easy way to pay for purchases online without having to provide your credit card number directly to merchants.

What is your return policy for local customers? 
You have a 7 days trial period. If you want to exchange or return an item, simply bring the item and invoice back to us.

         International Return/Exchange Instructions

International customers have 60 days from their order date to return unworn merchandise. All international orders must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Please send an email to us to receive your RMA number.

Unfortunately, Regal Shoe cannot refund your original shipping and handling fees. We are also unable to offer free return shipping for local and  international orders. Any costs for shipping, your returned order back to our address will be subtracted from your refund total. 

  • Exchange instructions:
Exchanges are part of our simple return process: just request a replacement item as you complete the return. If you placed your order through Paypal as your payment method, you’ll need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order—subject to inventory availability.
Exchanges are always subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed. If you are afraid the item you need is going to sell out, you can always contact us and ask for another item.
 Exchanges always involve the return of your original purchase and the creation of a new order. You will see two transactions on your credit card or debit card statement: a credit for your original purchase and a charge for your exchanged new purchase. Please be patient, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement depending upon your card issuer.
Exchanges are not available for international orders. If you would like to exchange a shoe for another size or style, you must return your current order and place a new order for the item(s) you desire.


  • Do you offer discounts? 
Yes, we do have a discount table structure based on quantity you purchase. Our sales manager will be happy to discuss with you any inquiry in regards to quantity and volume discounts


  • Shipping policy 
We offer 3 reliable options for delivery anywhere in Canada and Continental USA. A flat shipping rate is applied to the entire order regardless of the number of products shipped.

1. Economy Ground
Packages sent within Canada are estimated to arrive within 5 - 10 business days* from order date (*Rural addresses generally take 10-14 business days). Orders shipping to the USA may take longer, due to US Customs. Please note, as a result of Customs and Tariffs, merchandise shipped to the United States cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned.
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will be notified via a confirmation email with a tracking number for your order.

2. Express Courier
Packages sent within Canada are estimated to arrive within 3 - 5 business days* from order date (*Rural addresses generally takes 7-12 business days). Orders shipping to the USA may take longer, due to US Customs. Please note, as a result of Customs and Tariffs, merchandise shipped to the United States cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned.
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will be notified via a confirmation email with a tracking number for your order.

3. Free In-Store Pickup
Simply call us and make an order. We will also call you once the order arrives so that you can pick up your order. We request that you bring in your receipt, as proof of purchase.
